We headed to the airport last night because our flight was early and it’s just so much easier to stay at the Marriott at PHL. Before we left last night we had really bad thunderstorms but they cleared by about 6PM so they didn’t delay us too much.
We had a drink and some appetizers at the Marriott before heading to bed. The Marriott restaurant is absurdly expensive but it’s really the only place to eat outside of security.
We headed over to the airport this morning and tried the TSA touchless product for the first time. It has a separate line from normal precheck and there was 1 person ahead of us. It takes about 3 seconds to clear each person, they stand in front of a camera, then get waved through if they are recognized.
Our flight to Chicago was on time and quick and easy. Cody and Kasey are flying from Boston to Chicago where we will all meet and continue on together to Spokane.
