Today we are sailing towards Miltenberg where we will have some free time to enjoy the town. We arrived into port during lunch and as we were in the dining room finishing up, a gentleman had a medical issue and they had to bring EMTs and an Ambulance to attend to him. He left the ship for the hospital just as we disembarked.We walked along the bike/walking path for a while taking pictures from the bridge and along the waterfront.
We decided to walk through town and try to find a way up to the castle which we were able to.
The castle was closed but a woman allowed us to take some photos in the courtyard.
After we saw the castle we took a quick stop back at the ship and went in search of a place to have a local beer. We found a little outdoor cafe where we were able to have a beer for Conrad and a dish of Ice Cream for Shawn
